Paddle Protector

Paddle Protector is an innovative twist on the classic game Breakout, with reversed roles and a unique objective. In this game, players take on the role of the Paddle Protector, whose mission is to protect their paddle from incoming attacks. Instead of destroying bricks, the Paddle Protector strategically places blocks to safeguard their paddle, aiming to achieve a high score and secure a spot on the leaderboard.

Gameplay:

Role Reversal: Unlike traditional Breakout, the Paddle Protector's paddle moves at the bottom of the screen. The player's goal is to protect their paddle from balls descending from the top of the screen.

Block Placement: As the Paddle Protector, you have the ability to place blocks strategically on the screen to create barriers and deflect incoming balls. These blocks come in various strengths and aid you in your defense. 

Power-ups: Throughout the game, you'll encounter power-ups that can provide temporary boosts or special abilities. These power-ups may include a bomb, multiple balls, or a score multiplier.

Ball Speed and Difficulty: As you progress through the game, the balls will increase in speed, making it more challenging to defend your paddle effectively. 

High Score and Leaderboard: Paddle Protector features a leaderboard where players can compete for the highest scores. Achieve an impressive score by surviving for longer durations, placing blocks strategically, and utilizing power-ups effectively. Secure your spot on the leaderboard and showcase your defensive skills to the world.
